our story
From raw materials to final product..
All of our products are produced and stored under the supervision of food engineers in compliance with the Food Regulations. Immediately after production, desserts are blast-frozen at -40 °C, stored at -18 °C, and delivered in temperature-controlled vehicles that maintain the cold chain without interruption.
